Massachusetts voters have spoken.
O’Bama’s head is hanging down.
The Ballots have been counted.
And the people have said BROWN!
The Democrats are running crazy.
They’re spinning round and round.
“We need a slow do-over”.
And their pants are on the ground.
It’s amazing what political self-preservation does and the speed at which it sets in.
Only a short time ago, Health Care, Cap & Trade, and other large-ticket government items were a must. All had to be done and done now or the world would end. Money we don’t have needed to be printed and spent as quickly as possible. After all, “A crisis is a terrible thing to waste.”
The Democrats derided the growing number of Americans that raised their voices in protest. “They’re fringe elements, Nazis, Tea Baggers”and any number of other dismissive, unflattering terms. The President and the Democrats in Congress had determined to completely ignore the will of the American people and proceed full steam ahead, but Massachusetts happened and the political world changed.
The elections in Virginia and New Jersey were not enough to convince the Dems that We, the People were serious, but the loss of Ted Kennedy’s old seat appears to have shaken them to the core. Mind you, they haven’t changed. They are temporarily stunned by a blow to the Body Politic.
We, the People need to maintain our vigilance. After all, they are Politicians waiting for our attention to be diverted. We have their attention, but they do not have our trust.
