It is disappointing that our Commander in Chief did not have the time to honor our fallen heroes on Memorial Day. The place to do so was at Arlington Cemetery, our National Cemetery; not as a side trip during a vacation back home in Illinois.
The VP performed well as a stand-in, but the VP is not the Commander in Chief. The duty was the responsibility of President O’Bama. There are certain tasks so important that they must be dealt with personally, not delegated to an underling.
President O’Bama has the job. President O’Bama needs to perform the job.
